1 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar or Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar ½ cup water 2 cups fresh or frozen mango pieces ½ cup fresh lime juice 1. Bring to a boil the sugar and water and let cool until completely cold. 2. In a blender mix the mango pieces and lemon juice to a very smooth puree. 3. Combine the cooled syrup and the mango-lime mixture and pour over shaved ice.
