Our favorite cookie is a Biscoff, so we used Biscoff spread to augment the flavor. If you prefer a chocolate cookie, use Nutella instead of the Biscoff spread. Add your favorite smooth peanut butter in place of the Biscoff spread if you're a peanut butter cookie fan. Variation is the beauty of this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour milk in blender first. Add Biscoff cookies to milk and leave to soak for a few minutes while you prepare rest of ingredients. This allows cookies time to break down and become softer.
  2. Next, add ice, peeled & sliced frozen banana, Biscoff spread and sugar to blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Top with a Biscoff cookie and a dollop of whipped cream.
