This is a balanced, nutritious, satisfying smoothie that's high in protein with Omega 3s and is low in fat for a great start to the day. Very easy to make.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 ounces almond milk
  • 3/4 cup whey protein powder, vanilla flavored
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • Frozen berries of your choice
  • Optional: Banana

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes to complete mix the ingredients.
