- 12 ounces almond milk
- 3/4 cup whey protein powder, vanilla flavored
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- Frozen berries of your choice
- Optional: Banana
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes to complete mix the ingredients.
