INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Honey to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all well, blend and add (if you wish) a cinnamon stick for decoration and enjoy.
