Looking for a new fall dessert? This is a great twist on a classic baked apple. Instead of the usual brown sugar and butter filling, these are full of a creamy whipped coconut and orange mixture.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bake apples at 350°F until soft (about 30-50 minutes).
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks begin to form.
  3. Beat butter with powdered sugar. Add cream and fold in beaten egg whites. Stir in zest and juice from orange and coconut.
  4. Fill apples with mixture. Chill or serve immediately.
