Low-Fat Strawberry Smoothie

About 1/2 gallon
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 cups non-fat or low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- or 1/4 cup Steviacane
- 1 teaspoon honey
DIRECTIONS
- Blend strawberries, milk and yogurt on low spend in a blender.
- Then, add sugar and honey and blend on high speed until texture is smooth. Service on ice if desired.
