These light, soft biscuits are a cross between a yeast roll and flaky biscuit. They have the leavenings of a biscuit combined with yeast for the fluffy, buttery texture associated with a dinner roll. This classic recipe is also known as Bride's Biscuits because they are pretty much foolproof. Enjoy them plain just out of the oven, with butter and honey, or even with eggs and cheese as a breakfast sandwich.
