Orange juice and lemon zest combine to make a sweet and tangy butter cream frosting that provides a nice surprise on a cake! Pairs well with chocolate, vanilla or pound cake.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix butter until light and fluffy. Add one cup powdered sugar and combine well. Add remaining powdered sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
  2. Add orange juice concentrate, not reconstituted and pinch of salt. Mix until well blended.
