- 4 cups fresh or canned peaches
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 1/4 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients other than oil in blender and blend until combined. Slowly add oil and season with salt and pepper.
