Succulent pork loin chops are paired brilliantly with slices of tart apple cooked in a brown sugar, cinnamon and clove butter sauce. A quick and easy meal that turns into a delectable dinner favorite.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Slice the apple into thin pieces; lay the apple on the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons brown sugar mix onto the apple slices.
  4. Rub pork chops with butter. Use rest of dry mix onto pork chops.
  5. Place pork chops onto pan. Add orange zest on top. Place in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.  (You can add more orange zest if you want when it is cooked.)
