This is a low sugar vanilla buttercream frosting! Steviacane is used to maintain the same great taste of a traditional vanilla buttercream recipe while reducing the amount of sugar overall.

Frosts one 9 X 13-inch cake or one 8 or 9-inch two layered cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/4 cups Steviacane
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grind Steviacane in a coffee grinder or food processor until powdery.
  2. Mix powdered Steviacane and butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir in vanilla and milk. Beat until smooth and spreadable. If frosting is too thick, add more milk.
