Steviacane Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Prep time :
Frosts one 9 X 13-inch cake or one 8 or 9-inch two layered cake
- 2 1/4 cups Steviacane
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Grind Steviacane in a coffee grinder or food processor until powdery.
- Mix powdered Steviacane and butter in a medium bowl.
- Stir in vanilla and milk. Beat until smooth and spreadable. If frosting is too thick, add more milk.
