Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet and place in oven, toss frequently. It will take about 25-30 minutes until seeds are nearly done.
- Remove from oven and toss with butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Return to oven and toast until crisp, about 5-10 minutes more.
