Kids love to snack on pumpkin seeds. Why not enhance their flavor with a little cinnamon and nutmeg? Simply toast the seeds. Toss with butter, sugar, salt and spices. Put them back in the oven. And Voila! Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Spread pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet and place in oven, toss frequently. It will take about 25-30 minutes until seeds are nearly done.
  3. Remove from oven and toss with butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Return to oven and toast until crisp, about 5-10 minutes more.
