This sauce is quick to make and very delicious on pork, chicken and certainly turkey. Use it instead of mayonnaise to spread on bread and make a most delicious turkey sandwich.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a non reactive saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Turn to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. The cranberries will automatically burst open and release pectin, which will thicken the sauce automatically.
  3. If desired, sauce can be left semi chunky or made smooth in a food processor or using a stick blender. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Store in refrigerator.
