Fresh watermelon, orange juice and pure cane sugar - that’s all it takes to make these delicious watermelon popsicles. Who needs store bought popsicles when a fresh frozen treat can be made right in your kitchen. This kid-friendly recipe will be a hit with popsicle lovers of all ages.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine watermelon, sugar and orange juice in a blender container; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 8 popsicle molds or fill 8 cups (6 ounces) 3/4 full. Cover; freeze for 2 hours and insert popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze for 2 hours more or overnight or until frozen solid.

IMPERIAL SUGAR INSIGHT

Variation: Mango Coconut Popsicles:  Substitute 4 cups chopped peeled mango, 1/2 cup lite coconut milk and 1 teaspoon lime juice for watermelon and orange juice.
