The soothing aroma of chamomile flowers in both the dried tea leaves and the essential oil gives this sugar scrub a double dose of relaxation...making it perfect to apply right before bed.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup grapeseed oil
  • 3 individual sized bags chamomile tea
  • 5 drops chamomile essential oil
  • Citrus (orange or lemon) or lavender essential oil, optional
  • 8 oz jar
  • Ribbon and tag

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix sugar, grapeseed oil, contents of chamomile tea bags and essential oil until thoroughly combined.
  2. You can also add a citrus or lavender essential oil. These compliment the relaxation properties of chamomile essential oil extremely well.
  3. Put mixture in a jar and decorate with ribbon.
  4. Label with a tag.
