Dense vanilla cake topped with orange marmalade and whole berried cranberry sauce. Crumbly brown sugar and butter mixture adds to the sweetness of the topping.

02-5-2013 If you like orange and cranberry you are going to love this cake! This makes for a perfect dish to bring to brunch or to simply have as dessert. In addition to melting the butter in the pan I also used cooking spray to ensure my cake would easily come out of the pan.
