Peanut Butter Frosting
Prep time :
Frosting for one 8x8-inch cake
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 1/2 cups Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- Beat together peanut butter, egg yolk and cream until light and fluffy.
- Gradually blend in powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
- For layer cakes or more than 12 cupcakes, double the recipe.
