Spiced ice cream is good any time of year, but especially in the autumn. This pumpkin ice cream recipe is a tasty topping to cobblers and pie or delicious enough to serve on it’s own.

INGREDIENTS

*Pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice can be to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl beat eggs until foamy.
  2. Add sugar until thickened.
  3. Mix pumpkin, spices, cream, vanilla and salt to mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into can of the ice cream maker.
  5. Pour milk into can until it reaches line. Mix.
  6. Turn on ice-cream mixture. Freezing takes 1 hour.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar.

* Freezing process can differ upon model.
