Prep time :
Freeze 4 to 6 hours
- 2 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 3/4 cup Simple Syrup
- Combine juice and simple syrup and freeze in ice cream machine according to manufacturers instructions.
- Simple Syrup – To make simple syrup, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water over medium low heat. Stir constantly until mixture is uniform and sugar has dissolved completely. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Leftovers can be saved for later use.
