Here's a new twist on the classic cannoli recipe. Lemon and White Chocolate Cannolis are a quick way to finalize an Italian inspired dinner. The recipe for the filling can easily be halved if only making 6 cannoli.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix cream cheese and sugar on low speed until blended. Scrape well and mix on low speed until lumps are gone. (Do not mix on high speed as this may cause the filling to be too soft.)
  2. Add lemon zest and juice and combine well.
  3. Mix in ricotta cheese and mix until well blended.
  4. Fill shells using a pastry bag or a spoon.
  5. Decorate ends with white chocolate and a sprinkle of additional lemon zest. Sprinkle cannoli with powdered sugar.
