Luscious layers of nuts and chocolate make up this delicious pie’s filling.  Top it off with our rich coffee whipped cream or serve it with a side of ice cream. It is the perfect pie to serve in lieu of pecan pie during the holidays.

I was thoroughly surprised by how much I liked this pie. It set up beautifully in the oven and the macadamia nuts were a great compliment to the deep chocolate flavor. The pie shell is very simple, too, although I used about double the water as called for in the recipe to get it to come together.
