Can you please give me the measurements in grams? The cake looks and sounds amazing but I need the ingredients in grams to make sure it is accurate. Thank you!
I would like to make this, but have a few questions. It sound like you make the Easy Buttercream OR the Extra Smooth & Creamy Buttercream, is that correct? Are the quantities for the Extra Smooth & Creamy Buttercream correct (there is much less icing sugar and much more liquid than the Easy Buttercream recipe)? For either frosting, how are the 10 Biscoff cookies used? Thanks.
Yes you make one or the other. Yes, the Extra Smooth & Creamy Buttercream Icing is correct. We give both options as the Extra Smooth version takes a little more finesse to get right - and all ingredients must be at room temperature when you start. Both are equally delicious though. The 10 Biscoff cookies are crumbled and used as a topping in the center of the cake. Hope you love it!
