Ingredients
- 5 cups of any fruit soft enough to puree, seeded and diced
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 3-4 fresh limes, juiced
- Ice to serve
- Fresh fruit to garnish, optional
Directions
- Puree fruit and pour through a fine sieve to eliminate pulp.
- In a pitcher, mix strained fruit puree with water. Add sugar and lime juice to taste. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Serve over ice. Garnish with fresh fruit as desired.
Ideas:
- Replace regular water with sparkling water to make it bubbly.
- Add a splash of fruit liqueur, vodka, or gin to turn it into an alcoholic cocktail.
- Combine fruits for fun flavor twists.
- Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
