Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 ounces) cranberries
- 1 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
Directions

In a non reactive saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Turn to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

The cranberries will automatically burst open and release pectin, which will thicken the sauce automatically.

If desired, sauce can be left semi chunky or made smooth in a food processor or using a stick blender. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Store in refrigerator.
