- Baked Apples
- 8-10 baking apples, peeled cored cut into bite-size chunks
- 1/3 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Toppings Bar
- Caramel bits
- Toffee bits
- Dried fruits
- Toasted nuts
- Graham crackers
- Mini chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In large baking dish combine apples, sugar, cardamom and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Dish into small bowls or ramekins and allow the guests to pick their topping from the "toppings bar".
Turn baked apples into an adventure by setting up a "toppings bar" and letting everyone pick their own toppings. Almost anything will taste great. Let your imagination run wild!
