  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour*
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

      3. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt; mixing until well blended.
      4. Using floured hands press dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
      5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
      6. Once cooled, prepare topping. Combine Greek yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Spread onto sugar cookie pizza crust. Arrange fruit on top of filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
