Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or a combination)
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 teaspoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- Ice
- 1 large banana
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender or "bullet" to blend until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses.
