Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Cocoa, avocado, half and half, and a pinch of cinnamon make for one luxurious smoothie. Make this Chocolate Avocado Smoothie for breakfast, as a post-workout reward, or anytime you want to add a little healthy fat to your day.

Ingredients

1 large avocado
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup half and half
1 cup ice
Pinch salt

Directions

In a blender combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Top with cinnamon and whipped cream for a decadent and filling treat.
