Ingredients
- 3 cups seeded and finely chopped watermelon
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
Directions
- In a large serving bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to blend flavors.
- Serve with chips or as a fresh salad.
