Tissue Paper Stained Glass Hearts

Tissue Paper Stained Glass Hearts

Description

These beautiful tissue paper stained glass hearts are cheery and colorful, and the perfect Valentine's Day decoration or gift. String them together to make a garland for your mantel, or let the light shine through them by attaching them to your windows.

Making stained glass paper hearts is a great project for little hands that need practice with fine motor skills. Children can cut or tear lots of pieces of colorful tissue paper and glue them between a sheet of waxed paper. When dry, you can see through it and view the beautiful shapes and arrangements that were made. For older children, they can make pictures inside of their glass, such as landscapes, flowers and shapes - anything is possible.
