Directions

Green Apple Fruit Leather

  1. Add apples, sugar, water, and cinnamon to a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the apples are tender, about 20 minutes. Let cool and transfer to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add spinach and blend again until completely smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 200°F. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Spread evenly.
  4. Bang the baking sheet a few times against the counter to release air bubbles.
  5. Bake for 3 to 5 hours, or until the fruit leather is dry. Cool completely.
  6. Use cookie cutters to make fun shapes. Top with dried fruits and nuts for more decoration. 

Berry Fruit Leather

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°F. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Spread evenly.
  3. Bang the baking sheet a few times against the counter to release air bubbles.
  4. Bake for 3 to 5 hours, or until the fruit leather is dry. Cool completely.
  5. Use cookie cutters to make fun shapes. Top with dried fruits and nuts for more decoration.
