- 1/2 ounce ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
- Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 ounces Imperial Sugar Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup rice wine
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. The sauce is a nice accompaniment to any variety microwaveable frozen pot stickers prepared according to package instructions.
