Ingredients
Frozen Pina Colada
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar
- 4 cups crushed ice
- 8 ounces rum*
Garnish
- Creme Chantilly
- Fresh pineapple slices
- Maraschino cherries
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into hurricane glasses and serve with creme chantilly, pineapple slices, and maraschino cherry, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
