Tapioca Pudding Imperial

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk and tapioca and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk in sugar. Add egg and whisk vigorously until egg is completely mixed in.
  3. Place over heat and whisk to a boil. Once thick bubbles have formed, and mixture is visibly boiling remove from heat.
  4. Add vanilla extract and pour into serving ware.
  5. Consume warm or cold.
  6. If desired add fruit of choice.
