- 1 medium sized, ripe, and well-chilled banana
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Using a stick or stand blender mix banana to smooth puree. Set aside in refrigerator.
- In a cold bowl whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until medium firm peaks form.
- Add banana puree and whip stiff.
- Serve with desired desserts.
