Black Currant Mojito

Black Currant Mojito Imperial


  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon black currant jam
  • 1 1/2 ounces rum
  • Club soda
  • Ice
  • For garnish: lemon wedges or slices and mint


  1. To a glass add fresh lemon juice, mint leaves, and sugar. Gently muddle.
  2. Add black currant jam and rum to glass, stir to combine.
  3. Fill glass halfway with ice, top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with lemon and mint.
