
Blackberry Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks), unsalted, softened
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
Directions
- In medium bowl, mix butter with electric mixer until smooth.
- Mix in honey and powdered sugar.
- Mix in blackberries.
- Mix 4-5 minutes or until butter is smooth and berries have broken up to your liking.
- Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Perfect on biscuits, waffles, pancakes, or french toast.
