Bourbon and Beer Turkey Brine

Products Used



    1. Using a pot large enough to hold your turkey (12-15 pounds), combine all ingredients. Stir to dissolve the salt and sugars. Add the turkey and refrigerate for 24-36 hours. 
    2. Dry turkey with towels and cook as desired.

    The taste of my turkey after soaking it in this brine was out of this world! Deep flavors - everyone asked for the recipe.
