Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In a gallon size bag, combine both sugars, egg white, and vanilla extract.
  3. Seal bag and squeeze with hands to combine ingredients.
  4. Add pecans to bag, seal and squeeze together until pecans are completely coated.
  5. Spread pecans onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring and flipping pecans at the 15-minute mark.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool.
