- 1/2 cantaloupe, halved, seeded, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons or more Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- Combine cantaloupe, heavy cream and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Scoop mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Add popsicle sticks to center of each cup. Place into freezer until fully frozen, at least 4 hours.
