Ingredients
- 4 cups, about 6 black plums
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
Directions
- Cut plums in half and remove pit. Cut in small pieces and place in a saucepan.
- Add sugar and allow to sit for 30 minutes to an hour for plums to release their juices.
- On medium heat cook until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
- Keep refrigerated or freeze.
