Chef Eddy's Plum Jam imperial



  1. Cut plums in half and remove pit. Cut in small pieces and place in a saucepan.
  2. Add sugar and allow to sit for 30 minutes to an hour for plums to release their juices.
  3. On medium heat cook until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
