    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
    2. Combine coconut, sugar, matzo meal and salt.
    3. Stir in egg whites, vanilla and chocolate chips.
    4. Drop teaspoonsful of dough, 2-inches apart onto lightly greased baking sheets.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
    6. Remove from baking pans and cool on wire racks.

    Simple, one bowl marcaroons. Definitely don't skimp on the chocolate chips. Batter was a little runny, but came out great anyway.
