Products Used

    1. Place bread cubes in a 13x9-inch baking pan.
    2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla and salt until well blended and smooth.  Pour evenly over the bread.  Gently press down on the bread, until mostly covered with milk.
    3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.  Cover with plastic wrap, pressing down to make sure the cubes are covered.  Place in fridge for 6-8 hours (or overnight).
    4. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Remove plastic wrap and bake for 40-45 minutes, until cooked through.
    5. Remove from oven and serve with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and/or berries.

I made this for brunch today. had to modify it bc I am both gluten free and dairy free so I used gf bread & almond milk. All i can say is is amazing. Everyone was raving. I always say chocolate is it's own food group but this just proves it.
