    Directions

    1. Bring water, Steviacane or sugar, and salt to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool to 110°F or lukewarm. (Heat destroys powerful antioxidants contained in cocoa powder.)
    2. Whisk in cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Cover and store refrigerated.
    3. Add desired amount to your favorite milk.

    • 1 taza de agua filtrada
    • 1/2 taza Imperial Sugar Azúcar Steviacane
    • Pizca de sal (opcional)
    • 3/4 taza cacao en polvo (natural sin endulzar)
    • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla

    Hierva el agua, añada el Steviacane y la sal, deje hervir. Retire de la hornilla y deje enfriar hasta alcanzar una temperatura de  110°F . (El calor destruye los antioxidantes que contiene el cacao).

    Añada el polvo de cacao y el extracto de vainilla bata bien. Vierta en un envase, cierre y guarde en el refrigerador.

    Añada la cantidad que quiera a su leche favorita.
