Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping or heavy cream
- 3 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together cream and buttermilk.
- Cover with plastic food wrap and place on kitchen counter for 12-18 hours. Do not refrigerate at this point.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or very cold.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract and whip to desired firmness.
