No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

    Directions

    1. Using an electric mixer beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.  Pour into a separate bowl and set aside.
    2. Whip heavy cream, using the whisk attachment of a mixer, until you have soft peaks. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks.
    3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
    4. Place a single layer of graham crackers into the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Spread 1/2 of the whipped cream mixture over the crackers. Add 1/2 the strawberries. Repeat with another layer of crackers and the remaining cream and strawberries.
    5. Place in fridge for 4-5 hours before serving.

    NOTE: If strawberries are not very juicy, mix them with 1/4 cup sugar and let stand for 20 minutes before using.

    Lasaña de Tarta de Queso y Fresas, Sin Hornear

    1. Usando una batidora eléctrica bata el queso crema y el azúcar juntos hasta que estén suaves y cremosos. Vierta en un envase separado y ponga a un lado.
    2. Bata la crema batida, usando la pieza de espumadora, hasta que formen picos suaves. Agregue el azúcar en polvo y vainilla. Bata hasta que se formen picos firmes.
    3. Usando movimientos envoltorios agregue y combine la crema batida a la mezcla de queso crema.
    4. Coloque una capa de galletas estilo Graham en el fondo de un plato de hornear de 13x9 pulgadas. Unte 1/2 de la mezcla de crema batida sobre las galletas. Agregue 1/2 de las fresas. Repita con otra capa de galletas y luego el resto de la crema y fresas.
    5. Coloque en el refrigerador por 4 a 5 horas antes de servir.
