Chocolate Crust

French Silk Pie Filling


  1. For crust, preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. Mix together chocolate graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into a 9X9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, and then let cool completely.
  5. For filling, melt chocolate in 30 second increments in microwave. Set aside to cool slightly.
  6. Using a stand mixer, whisk together cream cheese and the powdered sugar until smooth. Add chocolate and vanilla, and mix until fully incorporated, scraping down sides as needed.
  7. Mix in the whipped cream.
  8. Pour mixture over chocolate crust and chill for at least 3 hours.
  9. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
