Ghost and Pumpkin Gelatin Cups

    Directions

    Orange Gelatin:

    1. Bring 1/2 cup orange juice and sugar to a simmer over medium heat.
    2. Whisk in gelatin and continue to whisk until gelatin dissolves. Add remaining orange juice.
    3. Pour into containers and let set in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
       

    Coconut Gelatin: 

    1. Pour one can of coconut milk into a medium bowl with a spout. Whisk until smooth.
    2. Sprinkle gelatin over coconut milk and let bloom.
    3. Add remaining coconut milk and sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
    4. Pour into gelatin mixture. Add vanilla and mix until combined.
    5. Pour into containers and let set in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
