Milk Punch

Products Used

  • 4 ounces whole milk
  • 4 ounces heavy cream
  • 4 ounces brandy, aged rum, spiced rum, whiskey or bourbon
  • 2 ounces Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup
  • 4 dashes vanilla extract
  • Ground nutmeg, garnish


  1. Prepare Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup and let cool.
  2. When ready to serve, combine alcohol of choice, milk, cream, Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup, and vanilla extract in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball or old-fashioned glasses and top with a dash of ground nutmeg.
