Orange Coconut Balls Imperial


  • 4 cups Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
  • 1 box (11 oz) vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes


  1. Line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Place vanilla wafer cookies in a food processor. Pulse until crumb texture.
  3. Add cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, softened butter, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, orange juice concentrate, and orange zest in a large bowl.
  4. Mix ingredients together until combined.
  5. Place coconut flakes on a large plate or bowl.
  6. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out mixture and then roll into 1-inch balls.
  7. Roll each ball in coconut flakes and then place on lined cookie sheet.
  8. Chill in refrigerator for at least two hours or until firm.
